He arranged for Justin Bieber to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia. Bieber was soon signed to to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG) [which was a joint venture between Braun and Usher]. Justin Bieber then signed a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A Reid.
